Our Feedback Commitment
Ablto Care and Service Pty Ltd welcomes feedback, including complaints, as an essential part of continuous improvement. We are committed to resolving complaints fairly, transparently, and promptly, without fear of retribution.
How to Make a Complaint
You can raise your feedback, compliment, or complaint through any of the following structured contact points:
Direct Dialogue
Speak directly to your assigned support worker, scheduler, or service manager. Many minor issues can be solved immediately through open conversation.
Telephone Liaison
Call our main coordination office on 0468 455 365 during standard hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) to report issues immediately.
Email Correspondence
Send detailed written parameters of your complaint to our management inbox at contact@ablto.com.au.
Postal Mail
Write to our main postal office at 48 Hales Cr, Jacana VIC 3047. Registered letters will be routed directly to the compliance officer.
The NDIS Commission
If you feel we have not handled your concern to your satisfaction, or you wish to bypass local company channels, you have the full right to report concerns directly to the NDIS Commission:

Advocacy Support
3.1 Representation Rights
You have the right to nominate an advocate to assist you during the complaints process. This can be a family member, friend, support coordinator, or an official independent disability advocate.
If you require help locating an independent advocacy network in Victoria, our administration team will supply directories and contact coordinate lists upon request.
